Zyntra reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes become effective upon publication on our website. Your continued use of the Services following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Zyntra provides simulated funded trading accounts designed to assess trading performance in a simulated market environment. Eligible traders may receive a profit split based on the performance of their simulated trading activity, subject to these Terms and our trading rules.

Accounts are delivered automatically following successful payment confirmation. Unless otherwise stated, no evaluation phase is required.

Account credentials will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.

All trading accounts are subject to Zyntra's published trading rules, including but not limited to:

• Daily drawdown limits
• Maximum overall drawdown limits
• Position management requirements
• Any additional risk parameters published by Zyntra

Failure to comply with these rules may result in account suspension, termination, or disqualification from profit payouts.

Unless otherwise specified, news trading, weekend holding, and the use of Expert Advisors (EAs) are permitted.

Zyntra reserves the right to investigate and take action against accounts that engage in prohibited practices, including but not limited to:

• Exploitation of platform errors or technical vulnerabilities
• Latency or arbitrage abuse
• Hedging between multiple accounts
• Coordinated group trading designed to circumvent risk controls
• Any activity deemed fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with fair trading practices

Any violation may result in immediate account termination without prior notice.

All account purchases require payment at the time of checkout.

Cryptocurrency payments are processed automatically. Alternative payment methods may be available through our support team and may be subject to additional processing fees, taxes, or verification requirements.

Profit payout requests are typically processed within 24 hours following approval. Before approving any payout, Zyntra reserves the right to review account activity, verify compliance with all trading rules, and request additional verification where necessary.

Zyntra may delay or decline payouts where there is reasonable evidence of rule violations, fraudulent activity, abuse of the platform, or breaches of these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Provide false or misleading information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or interfere with our platform or software.
• Circumvent security measures or exploit technical vulnerabilities.
• Engage in any conduct that may negatively impact Zyntra, its users, or its service providers.

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.

Trading in financial markets involves significant risk.

Zyntra provides simulated trading accounts for educational and performance assessment purposes. Zyntra is not a broker, investment advisor, financial institution, or provider of investment advice.

Past performance does not guarantee future results.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zyntra, its directors, employees, affiliates, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, or trading losses.

Our total liability, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the amount you paid to purchase the applicable account.

All content, trademarks, logos, branding, software, website design, graphics, and intellectual property displayed on the Zyntra website remain the exclusive property of Zyntra or its licensors.

No part of the Services may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Zyntra operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Services shall be resolved through the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
